Working With PROBOX FITNESS, Warriors Boxing Club provides teams involved in various sports with “cross” training and conditioning drawing on the intense conditioning programs used in professional boxing. Sports have recognized the unique training methods employed in boxing and the advantages in making their athletes truly competitive. Probox Fitness provides services to youth groups seeking a disciplined conditioning environment. Classes have proven to help youth with building self-esteem, confidence and disciplinary skills. Through fitness, youth will gain the necessary life skills to function self-confidently in society.

Personal training is also offered to the individual who is seeking to improve their level of fitness and, in some cases, to learn the basic skills of boxing. We offer many different fitness services to enable the customer to determine, in conjunction with our head coach, the preferred type of training and level of intensity. Areas that are included are:
