How to Join

We accept both individuals that want to compete or who just want to participate in our recreational program for fitness. We not limit our activities to the competitive athlete, but also provides its services to people and groups seeking a disciplined conditioning environment. Both men and women, groups and teams can have the privilege of training for fitness without need to compete.

We operate three days a week and we ask the competitors to commit to the gym all three days. This will ensure you develop the skills, commitment, heart, and focus to compete in amateur boxing.

We are always happy to welcome new members for either competition or recreation. Prior experience is not necessary.

Upon Joining Astoria you will have to fill out these forms:

Initial Boxing BC Form
Boxing Canada Membership
Medical Form (for competition)
